Wolfgang Hinker, a native of Vienna Austria, immigrated to the US in the late eighties. After running a highly successful dog training facility in Southern California for 6 years, he moved to Oklahoma in 1996. Most recently he was a fulltime Police
K-9 Handler with the Kickapoo Police Department, in McLoud Oklahoma.
Wolfgang has been training canines for Law Enforcement and civilian purposes for over 30 years. His expertise in the field of narcotic detection, explosive detection, patrol, tracking, personal protection and obedience enables us to provide top quality service dogs that set the standard in the industry.
Dogs trained by our organization can be found from Tennessee to Alaska. Wolfgang, who personally trained or was a major participant in the training process of over 3000 dogs, is still involved in the training of every single dog that leaves our facility.
He personally teaches every handler school that takes place when the finished dog is paired up with its future handler. Every handler that leaves our facility and hits the streets with his/her new dog is fully educated in matters of legal requirements and case law pertaining to the lawful use of police K-9 units.
The business relationship with our providers in Europe is as consistent as our training philosophy and our success, and has been for decades.
It is Wolfgang Hinker’s belief and conviction that every police department in the US should have a narcotic detection dog, regardless how small the department. For this reason, we went to great lengths creating a business model that allows us to provide such a valuable tool at a price and quality unheard of on today’s market.
